Covid 19 infection

If you test positive for Covid 19 you will likely experience only mild symptoms if you are vaccinated and especially if you are younger.
You do not need to speak to your GP if you don’t have any symptoms or you only have mild symptoms.
Please refer to the RACGP Home-Care Guidelines for Patients with Covid 19 for good advice on how to care for someone at home with Covid 19.
If you are experiencing any concerning symptoms or if you are over 65 years, pregnant, unvaccinated, immunosuppressed or have other significant health issues please make a telehealth or telephone appointment to speak with your usual GP.

Only call an ambulance on 000 if you are seriously unwell.
